Information we collect
- Identity and contact information such as name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address.
- Order and transaction information such as products ordered, amounts, payment status, returns and refunds. We do not ordinarily receive your complete card number.
- Account and preference information if you create an account or choose marketing preferences.
- Customer-service communications and evidence supplied for delivery, return or product issues.
- Technical information such as IP address, device, browser, security logs, pages viewed and cookies.
- Information from payment providers, fulfilment suppliers, carriers and fraud-prevention services where needed to complete or protect a transaction.
Why we use personal information
- Contract: to take payment, process, fulfil, deliver and support an order, manage returns and provide account functions.

Who receives information
We may share only the information reasonably needed with payment processors, WordPress and WooCommerce service providers, Hostinger, DSers, product suppliers, fulfilment partners, delivery carriers, email providers, fraud-prevention providers, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law. These organisations may act as processors or independent controllers depending on their role.
International processing
Some suppliers or technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an applicable adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguard or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purpose collected. Order, invoice, payment-status and accounting records are generally retained for up to 6 years after the relevant financial year, or longer where a dispute, investigation or legal requirement applies. Routine customer-service records are normally deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent or the record is no longer useful.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. We normally respond to a valid rights request within one month. We may need to verify your identity.
Marketing
We send electronic marketing only where permitted. Every marketing email should contain an unsubscribe route. Service messages about an order are not marketing.
