2. Your contract
The seller is ZULQARNAIN LIMITED. We may use third-party suppliers and carriers to fulfil an order, but your retail contract remains with us unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
3. Eligibility and account security
You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
4. Product information
We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, images, dimensions, variants, price, stock and delivery information accurate. Screen colours and supplier measurements can vary. If a material error is discovered before dispatch, we may contact you with the correct information and offer cancellation or another appropriate option.
5. Placing and accepting an order
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily accept the order. A contract is normally formed when we send dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may reject, cancel or refund an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, the price or information contains a material error, a product is restricted, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Prices are shown in GBP unless clearly stated otherwise. Any delivery charge or applicable tax payable by you is displayed before order submission. A price may change before you place an order but will not normally change after acceptance except where the law permits or you agree.

The Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these terms. Risk of accidental loss passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a person identified by them, subject to applicable law.

9. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may have stated eligibility, dates, limits and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined, transferred or applied retrospectively.
10. Reviews and user content
Content you submit must be honest, lawful and relevant. We may remove spam, abusive material, personal data, unlawful content or content unrelated to the product experience.
11. Website use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, place fraudulent orders, scrape the site in a harmful manner, or copy protected content without permission. Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory local protections and may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
